Refund policy

Used Products:
We want people to love their products as much as we do. If you aren't loving your Clay Stones, get in touch and we will see if we can give you some advice on how you are using them. If you are adamant they aren't for you we may offer to refund you. These refunds are at our discretion and if granted will only be considered within 30 days of purchase.

Unused Products:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@foli.co.nz If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Return postage costs are at the customers expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
